Graphic Design - the Process
All our designs - either graphic or website, are created in a 3-stage process.
- Stage 1. We gather.
- We collect all the information - your ideas, preferences and expectations. If you'd like some guidance with this have a look at our design brief guides. We research your industry, market and competitors. Your target audience and design feng shui are considered.
- Stage 2. We create.
- As a team, we brainstorm ideas based on information gathered in stage 1. We usually come up with too many great ideas, so we narrow it down and submit the best for your consideration.
- Stage 3. We complete.
- Any final refinements are made. Completed designs are supplied to you, submitted to printer or uploaded to the internet.
- Payments
- After we have received full payment, you own the design - we don't charge royalties or expect commissions (some designers do!). And in the future you can use any designer you choose - you have no obligation to return to us (but nearly all of our clients do and even recommend us to their friends!)

Final tip
After we have given you our initial concepts, remember to ask some of the people you trust for opinions. Don't worry about the opinions of people who are not in your target audience. If you are targeting teenagers, Grandma's point of view may not be relevant.
